Palm announces the new Pixi will be arriving on November 19, 2009.

Pricing is set at $99 for the new device (after rebate and service agreement).

The second Palm WebOS phone is almost here.  If you love "candy bar" style phones, this one, combined with the award winning WebOS might just be the ticket.  It's said to be the smallest, thinnest smart phone on the market, but that doesn't make it less able to view web pages, send/receive email, keep in touch with friends on FaceBook and Twitter, send/receive SMS and MMS messages and most everything else it's big brother the Palm Pre is able to do (minus a few features... like WiFi).
