Of all the drum apps for the iTouch/iPhone, I found this one to be the easiest, most responsive to play. It may not look like a "real" drum set, but who cares if your fingers can't hit the drums. This one is laid out in a way that your left hand can play the bass and snare drums, while your right hand can play hi-hat and cymbals.

You can also record your track (which loops) so you can play along, or add to the track to make it even more realistic. The Lite version is free, and it only gets better when you slap down a buck or two for the higher versions, which offer more drum kits, and recording save feature. Oh, and some of the kits look like real drum sets for your eye-candy nuts.

If you're an air drummer or a dashboard drummer like me. This app is a MUST HAVE!
